Eazipoint Business Technology Limited was founded on June 26, 2024 by Comrade Loveday
Chibuisi Nwogu, a 400-level undergraduate in the Chemical Engineering Department at the
prestigious University of Delta, Agbor, Delta State.
Our founder’s vision for Eazipoint was born out of a transformative experience. After
contesting for the Vice Presidential mandate in the University’s Student Union Government
(SUG) elections on May 24, 2024 and finishing in a distant third position, Comrade Loveday
was inspired to channel his passion for service and leadership into creating a platform that would
make a meaningful impact.
Initially focused on hospitality services, we later expanded into e-commerce, and transport
logistics. Key Milestones Include:

• June 26, 2024: Company was founded
• September 12, 2024: Submission for name approval at the Corporate Affairs Commission of
  Nigeria (CAC).
• September 20, 2024: Approval of “Eazipoint Business Technology Limited” as our company
  name
• November 10, 2024: Certification as a private company limited by shares under the companies and allied matters act of 2020
