Terms and Conditions of Service
Welcome to Eazipoint Business Technology Limited ("Eazipoint", "eazipoint.com", "we", "us"). These Terms apply to all services we offer. The terms "you", "your", "customer" refer to users, and "Service Provider" refers to hotels and event organizers featured on our site.
Legal Use
- Do not use our services for unlawful purposes.
- Provide accurate booking information.
- Abide by hotel/event rules including ID and age requirements.
- Avoid fraudulent activities (e.g., chargebacks).
- Complaints should first go to the service provider.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings in case of fraud or rule violations.
Scope of Service
We serve as an intermediary platform. We do not own or control hotels or event listings. You enter a direct contract with the provider when you book. We are not responsible for their service delivery or failures.
Booking & Payment
- Prepayment: Pay via bank transfer or ATM card. Charges are in NGN.
- Pay-on-Arrival: Only available for some hotels. We cannot guarantee your room without prepayment.
- Events: Require full payment at booking.
Third-Party Links
We are not responsible for external websites linked on our platform.
Cancellation & No-Show
Refunds depend on if money has been passed to the service provider. We deduct operational fees. No-shows without cancellation may incur 100% charges. Event tickets are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
- 100% refund if payment hasn't been sent to provider.
- Refunds take 5-10 business days, subject to provider policy.
- Non-refundable bookings are final.
Communication
After booking, we confirm by SMS or email. We follow up before and after your stay to ensure satisfaction and receive feedback.
Ratings & Reviews
We do not control public reviews. They are subjective and not verified by us.
Disclaimer
We are not liable for service quality or government claims. Service providers who offer pay-on-arrival do so at their own risk.
Privacy & Data Protection
We securely store and process user data, share it only with service providers, and comply with Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA). Users can request data changes or deletion.
Dispute Resolution
Users should first contact the provider. We only assist if issues remain unresolved. We are not liable for cancellations or misrepresentations.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Nigerian law. Disputes will be handled in Nigeria via arbitration or court processes.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms anytime. Continued use implies acceptance. Check the terms each time you use our platform.
