EAZIPOINT TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PARTNERSHIP
These Terms & Conditions govern the partnership between Eazipoint and hotels/event organizers listing properties on the platform. It outlines the requirements, responsibilities, and verification process for hotels and event organizers listing their properties on Eazipoint. By registering as a partner, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. PARTNER ELIGIBILITY & VERIFICATION
1.1 Eligibility Requirements
- ✔ Must be a legally operating hotel or event organizer.
- ✔ Must provide business registration documents or alternative verification (if unregistered).
1.2 Verification & Approval System
To maintain trust and security, all partners must go through a verification process before listing their properties.
- A. Fully Verified Partners: Submitted all required business documents, verified through on-site check and signed legal agreement with Eazipoint Business Technology Limited.
- B. Partially Verified Partners: Lacking some business documents but have alternative verification (i.e., on-site checks, utility bills, or legal declaration only).
- C. Pending Verification: Partners who have not provided sufficient verification and are not eligible to list properties until verification is complete.
Eazipoint reserves the right to deny or revoke a partner’s listing if verification fails.
1.3 Alternative Verification Methods (For Partially Verified Partners)
- 1. Physical Verification (On-Site Checks)
- 2. Utility Bills & Local Permits
- 3. Legal Declaration of Authenticity
2. RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARTNERS
2.1 Business Legitimacy & Compliance
Partners guarantee their property is legitimate and operates legally. Misrepresentation or fraudulent activities will lead to account suspension and possible legal action.
2.2 Property Listing & Accuracy
Partners must ensure that all property details, pricing, and availability are accurate. Misrepresentation may result in penalties or suspension.
2.3 Booking Fulfillment, Customer Service & Quality Standards
Partners must honor confirmed bookings and maintain high service standards. Cancellations or changes must follow Eazipoint’s cancellation policy.
2.4 Payment & Commission Agreement
- ✔ Eazipoint charges a service commission on each booking/ticket sale.
- ✔ Payouts are processed weekly/monthly based on transaction completion.
- ✔ Partners must provide correct bank details to avoid payout delays.
3. PARTNER LIABILITIES & EAZIPOINT’S ROLE
Eazipoint only provides a booking platform and does not own or operate the listed properties. It is not responsible for disputes between partners and customers.
3.1 Compliance with Laws
Partners must comply with all applicable laws and Eazipoint’s policies. Any illegal activities or fraud will lead to termination of partnership.
3.2 Insurance & Damage Liability
Partners must have adequate insurance coverage. Eazipoint is not liable for damages, losses, or accidents occurring on a partner’s property.
4. PARTNER TRIAL-BASED ACCEPTANCE & TRUST SYSTEM
- ✔ New partners may be accepted on a trial basis.
- ✔ Consistent negative feedback may lead to removal.
- ✔ Verified partners with strong customer ratings gain extra benefits.
5. LEGAL PROTECTION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
5.1 Limited Liability Clause
Eazipoint only serves as a booking platform and is not liable for partner disputes. Any claims must be resolved directly with the partner.
5.2 Dispute Handling & Arbitration
Disputes must follow Eazipoint’s mediation process before legal action. Arbitration within Nigeria’s legal system will be used for unresolved cases.
6. LEGAL AGREEMENT
- ☑ I agree to comply with Eazipoint’s policies on cancellations, refunds, and service quality.
- ☑ I understand that failure to honor bookings may result in account suspension.
