The terms "Accommodation Provider" refer to the hotels (not limited to organizations that go by 'hotel' only, but also applies to 'motels', 'inns', 'apartments', 'suites' and 'estates') that is advertised on eazipoint.com regardless of whether a signed deal between us and them exists or does not while “event hosts” refer to the organizer(s) of any event advertised on eazipoint.com all of which are generally referred to as "Final Party" or “Service Provider”.
Legal Use
Your utilization of any of our services warrant that you will not make unlawful use of this website or any contents and materials we provide through other means with which we correspond with you or final parties on your behalf.
Users must:
- Provide accurate information when making a booking.
- Follow hotel and event policies regarding check-ins, cancellations, and service usage.
- Ensure they meet all requirements for hotel stays and event attendance (e.g., ID requirements, age restrictions).
- Not engage in fraudulent activities, including fake bookings or chargebacks.
- Understand that service complaints must be addressed with the hotel/event organizer first before contacting Eazipoint.
Eazipoint reserves the right to cancel bookings if fraudulent activities or violations of policies are detected.
Our Service Scope
Eazipoint is an intermediary platform connecting users with hotels and event organizers. We do not own, control, or manage the hotels or events listed on our platform.
Eazipoint provides temporary accommodation of all types, including event halls, motels, hotels, apartments, and event tickets. When you make a booking, you enter into a direct agreement with the hotel or event organizer ("Final Party" or “Service Provider”).
Eazipoint acts simply as a mediator between you and the service provider, passing along booking information and relaying confirmations, updates, and invoices.
Booking & Payment Policies
- Prepayment: Users can pay online via card or bank transfer at the time of booking.
- Pay-on-Arrival: Some hotels allow payment at check-in. However, Eazipoint cannot guarantee reservation retention under this option.
- Event Ticket Payments: Full payment is required at booking for events.

Backlinks to websites operated by other parties are provided for reference purposes only. Eazipoint does not endorse or manage these websites and is not responsible for their use.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
By booking through eazipoint.com, you accept both the cancellation and no-show terms of the service provider and ours. Refunds depend on provider policies and whether funds have been transferred to the service provider.
Refund Policy
Refunds depend on the hotel/event organizer’s specific cancellation policy. Refunds on cancellation after payment to the service provider may take 5-10 working days. Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refund or chargeback.
Further Correspondence
After making a reservation, Eazipoint will send confirmations and updates via SMS or email, and follow up after your checkout to gather feedback.
Customer Ratings and Reviews
Ratings and reviews are user-generated and Eazipoint does not verify their accuracy or authenticity.
Disclaimer
Eazipoint bears no responsibility for liabilities arising from the booking service. Pay-on-arrival providers are solely responsible for ensuring they receive payment from customers.
This implies that:
- Eazipoint is not responsible for the quality of services provided by hotels or event organizers.
- If a provider fails to deliver a service, Eazipoint may assist communication but is not liable for compensation.
- Refunds depend solely on provider policies.
- All payments are securely processed under data protection standards.
Privacy & Data Protection
Eazipoint collects and shares user data only for booking purposes, complying with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA). Payment data is encrypted and processed securely. Users can request data deletion or modification by contacting support.
Customer Support & Dispute Resolution
Users should first contact the hotel or event organizer for issues. Eazipoint can assist if unresolved but is not liable for losses or cancellations caused by providers.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in Nigeria.
Modifications & Platform Changes
Eazipoint reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time. Changes will be communicated on the website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of revised terms.
